These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website socal-whs.com (the "Site") and the services provided by SoCal Water Heating Specialists, Inc. ("SoCal Water Heating," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our Site or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

SoCal Water Heating provides water heater repair, installation, replacement, and maintenance services, including tankless and commercial systems, for residential and commercial properties in San Diego County. CA License # C-36/C-4.

2. Quotes & Estimates

Quotes provided through the Site, over the phone, or in person are estimates based on the information available at the time and are subject to change once a technician has assessed the actual condition of your system. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

We will make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled appointment windows, including emergency/same-day requests. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control (e.g., prior job overruns, parts availability, weather, traffic). If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be provided at the time of service or invoicing.

5. Warranties

Workmanship and parts warranties, if any, will be disclosed at the time of service and may vary by job type, manufacturer, and equipment installed. Manufacturer warranties (e.g., A.O. Smith, Bradford White, American) are subject to the manufacturer's own terms and are separate from any warranty we provide on our labor.

6. SMS & Communications Consent

By submitting your phone number through our Site or forms, you consent to receive calls and text messages from SoCal Water Heating related to your service request, and, if separately opted in, marketing messages. 7. Use of the Site
